Instead of doing videos at random or on repeat online, deepen your experience of Yoga and grow your knowledge each week by building on various approaches and practices.
Just show up once a week and the practice will build naturally over time. There's no specific result we're pushing for and no prerequisites.

When you become a member you get access to a library of all previous recordings that is growing all the time AND two new classes delivered to your inbox each week:
1 x 60 minute Yoga Class - link to a video recording
These sessions are complete, deep, challenging, slow paced Yoga practices. The class is based in asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing) with themes and focused exploration. There is progression from one week to the next.
1 x 15-30 minute Surprise Class - link to a video or audio recording
