Bodywork here is informed by yogic principles and deep respect for what your body has lived through, offered with presence, precision, and care ... in a spacious time frame.
You aren't rushed onto the table or out afterwards. There won't be anyone arriving just after you.

Hey, I'm your massage therapist, Uma!
I have 12 years experience with massage.
I work with a limited number of clients so that I can offer the most personalised and attuned care for each person. Every massage is different, never routine
My treatments are influenced by her understanding of the subtle body (sūkṣma-śarīra) through Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda.
I have studied Ayurvedic Yoga massage, Thai massage, Kashmiri massage and Ayurvedic massages such as abhyangam and udvartanam.
I combine these traditional therapies that work with energy lines and acupressure points with intuitive deep tissue massage and varying strokes which revive and rebalance.
I use breath guidance, visualisation or energy work as needed.
With me you can expect essential communication and check-ins over unnecessary chatting and to be clothed or unclothed/draped, as you prefer.
